Casa La Fuente

A centuries old patio house that has been restored and modernised to a very high standard, maintaining the charm, character and original features of the house such as wooden beams, stone arches and the traditional open patio along with an amazing roof terrace with views to Africa.

Entrance via the large double wooden doors to the patio with feature stone arch where you will find a seating area to the left and to the right the 4th bedroom currently used as a storage room.  Straight ahead is the morrocan style tiled bathroom with bath and and over head shower, the living room with wood burning stove and two double bedrooms off of here.  An outside staircase from the patio leads up to the first floor to the gallery with stone arches.  From here you access the large fully fitted kitchen with spacious dining area and balcony overlooking the street and at the end of the gallery beautiful doors lead to the study room/2nd living room and the large shower room along with the master bedroom which has two walk in wardrobes and benefits form airconditioning.   From the gallery stairs lead up to the roof top terrace which has a pergola to provide shade during the summer months and plenty of space for sun lounges and of course views of the surrouding hills, countryside and Africa.  The house is just a short walk to Plaza de Espana and is close to shops, bars and restaurants.

Casa La Fuente is registered with the Junta de Andalucia as a tourist accommodation and as such has its rental licence and is also sold with a garage space on Avenida de Andalucia.
