Finca Gazules

A successful equestrian establishment situated in a small hamlet between Alcala de los Gazules and Paterna de Rivera and surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Alcornacales National Park, in all approximately 8 acres.  The Finca is currently used as a international dressage training centre and livery yard but is suitable for most equestrian pursuits.

The living accommodation is in 3 separate buildings surrounding a large communal patio and garden area.  House one is single storey and has 3 single bedrooms, bathroom, living room with fireplace and kitchen.   House two is single storey with planning permission to add another storey and is a large living room with dining area and american bar kitchen.  House three is two storeys and has an entrance hall and spacious bathroom on the ground floor, Upstairs is a double bedroom.  Outside is a patio area, dog kennels and summerhouse.

The equestrian facilities have a separate entrance and are comprised of grazing paddock, outdoor school 70m x 30m laid to sand, indoor school 40m x 25m laid to sand, 26 horse boxes each with automatic water dispensers, in a covered yard are two tack rooms, barn area, two lunging corrals, outdoor horse showers and toilets.

Finca El Alamo has mains electricity to all parts, telephone line, mains water supply plus private well and ample parking area.
