Villa Jose

Villa Jose is a beautiful villa located in La Oliva, a stunning rural area between Vejer and the fishing town of Barbate.

Entrance is via the side gate of the main gate leading to a a parking area with enough space for 2 cars and the beautifully maintained gardens, mainly laid to lawn with fruit trees, shrubs and flowers. Lying central to the house and garden is a private swimming pool measuring 8 x 5 metres and there are plenty of areas for outside dining, relaxing and entertaining with a brick built barbecue. Steps lead up to the house where there is a shady covered outside porch for the summer months. There are three spacious double bedrooms one of which has an en-suite bathroom and a second shower room. There is also an outdoor utility and a storage room. The lovely living room with wood burning stove and the fully fitted kitchen complete the one storey house.

Vejer and Barbate are only 5 minutes’ drive away, as are numerous unspoilt beaches: Los Caños de Meca, Conil, Zahara de los Atunes, etc. The house is also situated on the outer limits of the Parque Natural de la Breña where there are many pine-covered walking routes.
